Delicious and easy!! If you are fan of chocolate and raspberry you will love these, but very rich!
2/3 C raspberry jam
1 box brownie mix
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/4 C water
3/4 C white chocolate chips, melted
(can adjust the amount, depending on how much you want)
1/2 C chopped salted almonds (unsalted works fine too)
Position a baking rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, blend together the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Pour the batter into the prepare pan. In a small saucepan, stir the jam constantly over low heat until pourable. Spoon the jam over the top of the brownie batter. Bake for 27- 30 minutes or until a toothpick insterted about 1-inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean. Drizzle or spread the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with almonds. Cut into bars. Enjoy!! ♥
