Thanksgiving was wonderful. Low stress. Yummy food. Nice small group. Lovely conversation with the grandparents. Yummy food. 5 pies for 9 people. Special time with my mom. Lots of laughter and jokes. Maple whiskey. Entertainment via the animals. Apples to Apples game marathon. My handmade photo place cards. Learned to make my mom's famous stuffing. Did I mention the food?
Brunch the day after, with mimosas, homemade persimmon bread, crustless quiche, and fresh fruit...including figs straight from the neighbor's tree.

  1. Beautiful pictures as usual Chelsea. I love the place cards you made, and the turkey looks perfect! You beat me with the pies! I made three for six people, but everyone was being good, and I was left with a ton of pie!
